Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Just knowing that there are veterinary nurses and vets minutes away via video is a massive plus for this app there is someone there 24/7 365 days of the year. I would definitely recommend this app if like me your animals mean the world to you.

I was very impressed
I was very impressed with the vet I spoke to. She was very thorough and patient and the medication prescribed worked really well. Also impressed at Joii takes the time to have a final video call after using the treatment to ensure all is all right.
